15 minutes to spare for your health?

I was wondering the blogging world today and I came across a great article with a GREAT workout and I just couldn't not pop in to share it with you.  It is something that really brings to light just how anyone can find just a little bit of time to think about their health and then do something about it. 

How many times a day do you put yourself last?  Why not ensure you take 15 minutes to make yourself feel better and healthier? 

This great blurb "Get Sexy and Lean In 15min..." is a great and time efficient way to do that and I couldn't not find the time here to quickly share that with you.  I hope that all of you are enjoying your November so far!  Have any tips for us on how to stay fit in the winter months?


  1. I always seem to put myself last. I need to learn to just say no sometimes...

  2. Thanks for sharing! I've tried in the past six months to do better with taking care of myself...and so far I've lost 24.5 lbs. I'm almost to my goal of my wedding weight. (pre-baby) Oh boy I can't wait till I'm there! Thanks for this reminder to keep working at it. The holiday/winter months are hard to stay fit...but I try to squeeze in some walks at the mall, or some work out sessions with a dvd. Lil' man LOVES doing stretches with me!
