Anyone who knows me, knows how anti-smoking I am.  I hate it.  Hubby still smokes... anyways I wanted to encourage others to take the step by sharing my stats from Quit now which I discovered a few years ago now.

  1. Awesome girl! Yeah, I'm a total anti-smoking nazi. Hubs used to smoke long before we were together, and I always tell him, good thing, cause that was always my rule. I'd never date anyone that smoked. Gross. Funny, cause both my parents used to be chain smokers. :P

  2. What a cool thing to see! My husband quit 3 years ago and I'm so proud. I'm convinced that the amount of smoke I was exposed to as a kid in the 70s gave me asthma now!

  4. Wow! Congrats! I don't smoke and neither does my husband but my mother and sister do. I've created a list of 30 things I want to do before I turn 30 (which you can find at my blog btw) and one of the things on the list is to get them both to quit. At least once a week I tell them they better not be the ONE thing that keeps me from completing my list.

Found your blog at bloggy moms btw and am now following you. I hope you'll stop by my blog and say hello. http://tofindtheline.blogspot.com/

  6. Wow. Those stats are amazing! I can't believe you've saved over a thousand dollars - its insane how expensive smoking is. I think it just goes to show how addictive it is. My husband smoked before we knew each other and I'm so thankful that he has never taken it up again!

  9. Hi! Found you from Jackie just a comment above me. :)

I totally agree -- big anti-smoker! And one of my pet peeves is when people throw their butts on the ground, out the window of their cars... The world is not their ashtray!

And I'm not even going to mention smoking huddled together near the entry way to a building....
